Travel fee 

Due 2 weeks before wedding date

Travel Pricing Guide

(within El Paso county) $50 

Monument, Woodland Park, Teller County, Larkspur - $100

*if scheduled through the Hearth House venue travel fee is $75

Travel over 60 miles outside of Colorado Springs is a $2 per mile travel fee with a minimum of $150 

If flight travel is required custom pricing will be discussed. 

Booking policy details 

To reserve an onsite wedding service a credit card will be required and a deposit covering the travel fee and half of the bridal and styling services will be obtained on the date of wedding trial. If there is not going to be a wedding trial for styling due to out of town or onsite wedding planning deposit, financial details, and contracts must be completed 4 weeks prior to wedding date. 

Cancellation or rescheduling policies- 

If there is an emergency and a reschedule or cancellation is required there will still be a booking fee charged unless there is over 2 weeks notification (14 business days) 

Booking fee is considered to be a minimum of $200 and maximum of $500 

If there is no prior notice of cancellation full deposit will be held until the rescheduled event in which case it would be credited partially to the services
